What do I need to give you?
About 30 minutes for the questionnaire: what you do, who your customers are, your services and how people should contact you. A logo and photos help, but they're optional. Every site starts with a wordmark logo and quality images, and you can swap in your own during the build.
Can I edit the site myself?
Not with a drag-and-drop editor. Your site is hand-built, which is why it's fast and has no monthly fee. For changes, the $29/month care plan covers 2 small edits a month, or we can quote one-off edits. Small edits are usually done within 2 business days.
Is hosting really free?
Yes, for a typical small business site. It runs on Google's Firebase free plan in your own account, which has more than enough room for most local businesses. If your site ever gets busy enough to outgrow it, we'll shrink your images first at no charge and talk you through the options before anything costs you money.
Who owns the website?
You do. After the final payment, the domain, the Google account the site runs in, and all the site files are yours. You also get a copy of the files and a handoff guide.
How long does it take?
About 7 days from your completed questionnaire, or 72 hours with rush delivery. You'll see a preview of your real site around day 4. The clock pauses while we're waiting on you, for example for your feedback on the preview.
I don't have a domain. Can you help?
Yes. We register one in your name and connect it for $40, plus the domain's own yearly cost (usually about $12–20). We can also set up business email at your domain.
Do you build online shops?
No. Shops, member areas and custom booking systems need a dedicated platform. We'll point you to a good fit. We can add a booking button that connects to tools like Calendly, and a menu, price list or gallery page.
How do I pay?
By invoice: 50% to start, 50% before your site goes live. You'll see your full price in your build portal before you submit, and nothing extra is added without your OK.
